In GM+ we are dedicated professionals passionate about sustainability and businesses.
We believe business value and value to people and planet must and can go hand in hand. We also acknowledge the need of transformation of the business as a consequence of the fast-changing business environment, with increasing clients or client's client's wishes, needs or demands as well as regulatory demands, all together requiring new business capabilities to navigate without clear sight of future demands to be ready to move in due time.

use GM+'s +50 years of experience within sustainability from workshop floor to
board room to help clients enhance their
ESG transformational capabilities, including focusing where it matters,
setting direction in an ever-changing business environment, creating solutions
that last, and enhancing the ability to activate and win hearts and minds of key
stakeholders.

Dorte Glensvig, Chief Impact Officer
Dorte
has an engineering background and more than 30 years of ESG consultancy and
corporate experience. She
has held key positions like Green Business Development Director at The Danish
Green Investment Fund/Vækstfonden and Chief Sustainability Officer
at 4Life Solutions and Global Lead, Circular Economy in Grundfos Group. Dorte specializes in creating
business value through ESG strategy development and implementation, ESG
integration in existing business practices and development and activation of
new capabilities necessary to drive the transformation.
Peter Meulengracht, Managing Parter
Peter has been working within the
field of sustainability and efficiency for more than 15 years and has an
educational background in operations and supply chain management, and a wealth of
industry experience. Peter
has worked in various corporate roles, including Senior Manager in Group
Environment at Grundfos Group with the responsibility of EHS performance in
+140 sites around the world. Peter
excels in operations, supply chain management, ESG integration and activation e.g. on topics such as climate
change, and circular economy.
